This is the 3rd time I ordered the same product which again turned out to be defective like the ones before. Issues this time are as follows:
1. No major physical damage just minor scratches.
2. When cooking the handles of both kadai and the lid are getting hot which just negates the idea of a handle. Can’t hold them without a cloth might. ( Caution : Will burn your hands )
3. Lid does not sit properly and lets the water vapour escape ( Same issue as the last two )
4. Very old stock manufactured in June 2023. Do check the packaging for manufacturing info and also the barcode which if has a sticker on top might mean its repackaged

Very strong and sturdy product. Although the box showed 3 liters but the kadai shows 2.5 liters measurement, but i didn’t exchange because it is a lot of hassle! Otherwise the kadai is verrrrry good!👍🏻

Product is ok and heavy.Steel quality seems good and triple layer. Using it over an year and it is intact,looks still new. Pic is from cooking so ignore small water spots on it.But for this price the handle should be at least a semi insulated but it transfer heat. Be careful,You can’t touch handle and lid handle due to heat during cooking which is a bad.

The kadai is good and solid steel! But the size I ordered and what I got was a mismatch- 2.5 ltr instead of 3.00 ltr as ordered.
Definitely the brand stands by it’s good reputation!

It is really in heavy and durable product. Size is really good for everyday cooking.. if you are really want to shift from nonstick to any other nonstick durable product this is it. It is really work like non stick cookware on slow to medium flame. Easy to mAintain and handle… product material is really good quality..

Satisfied with the purchase. Specifically triply tech (steel-aluminium-steel) provided what I needed – the kadai must not burn in heat which is a serious issue with regular statinless steel kadai, and yes! It burns very less (well we use less oil to prepare food). I have also shared the image where we prepared fish in the kadai and nothing stuck on the bottom.
The kadai is indeed heavy, good looking and comes with lid. Yes, the handles get hot, but I can ignore that.
Overall, I would recommend it to anyone who wants to buy a stainless steel kadai. Do not purchase without triply tech, you will end up with burnt food.
