The quality and non stick is good. So far so good. The handle side the pan bends a little but if adjusted and kept no problem.
Not using it to make soups.

Quality is food, I’ve made fried fish and chicken and vegetable curry. The food doesn’t stick unless you forget to oil or don’t stir.

While this looks nice and is quite sturdy the pan is not non stick at all. Can’t even fry an egg in it it gets stuck. My worn out 5 year old non stick that barely has any coating left is better than this. Build quality is good but what’s the point advertising non stick if it isn’t.
