We liked ceramic pans/ pots so much that we ordered 3-4 different items… Very easy to clean, easy to cook… nonstick properties of Ceramic coating is much better than normal non-stick and it’s also safe for long term health… Try it…

The non-stick surface inside seems to be very different to the regular teflon non-stick that I am used to.
This is much smoother, feels more non-sticky in property, and seems to be very durable.
In the initial use, it has been an ease. Yes – it can cook the same item with a considerably less amount of oil.
If I need a non-stick utensil next, I will definitely prefer this ceramic coating option over others.
Also, the size of this kadai has been very effective. It is not wide, but a little deep. Hence, it worked out fine overall – with a lesser footprint on the stove.
Will see how the ceramic coating performs in the longer run.

I ordered this ceramic kadai medium size from Hawkins. Received today. Packaging was perfect. Appearance was awesome. Light sky 💙. Yet to use it. Looks stunning and strong. Silicone Handles are good. Glass lid is excellent. Value for money.
