feels powerless compared to my Tecnora classico. you can see the pressure of water isn’t much, so you miss a lot of crema and espresso is not thick.

The experience shared above is exactly what happened with me! The product is not upto the mark! The pump doesn’t work properly, moreover the machine cannot be used for a second round! The frothing of Milk is bad too! They told me pay for availing warranty and said you should have not installed it yourself! The technicians have no knowledge of an espresso machine! I regret buying it honestly!

I was somehow reluctant to go for kaff due to very less feedback available onlne. This machine is exact replica of delonghi which is being sold online at appx inr22000. So I was confused why someone wud write negative about this machine. I went with my gut feel
And bought it. And I was right. This machine makes wonderful coffee. Handling it is easy. Price is reasonable. What else u need?

I made the mistake of ordering this machine from Kaff and am regretting it every day. It’s advertised as a 19 bar machine but I doubt it generates even 5 bars of pressure. The coffee that emerges has no crema, is weak and dilute, and not very hot. Added to that is the horrible customer service. My first two requests for a visit by a technician were cancelled by Kaff on the grounds that I hadn’t responded to the technician’s phone call or was unavailable. After I kept pursuing the matter, I was told I would have to pay for the technician’s visit as I had “installed” the coffee machine myself. On another occasion, the person from Kaff told me on phone, “Please fill the machine with water and it will start making coffee.” The two technicians who finally visited had obviously never handled an espresso machine before. They spent their entire time convincing me nothing was wrong with the machine instead of listening to the problems. One of them tried to create “jhaak” on the coffee shot by steaming it using the steam wand. This is a piece of garbage, please do not buy it.

This is first coffee machine, so comments may be amateurish. I had almost decided on Agaro machine when Kaff Fontana popped up on my radar. Decision was difficult as Agaro had good reviews and Kaff had none. Kaff Fontana model is same as the model sold in US under brand name of Geek Chef (favourable reviews). Its 19 bar machine against competitors that are 15 bar. Whilst there are no ways to measure whether its 19 or only 15 or even lower, I decided to take the plunge. Ordered, before receiving, I had seen two negative reviews but persisted.
First Impressions:- looks stunning on kitchen counter and occupies very little space. Uses 6 Amp plug. Pulls really decent shots of espresso if right grind size of coffee and technique are used. Frothing function is good. Heats up real quick. Cooling down post using frothing takes some time but it can be hastened by releasing steam. Am happy with the machine and we as a family hav started drinking more coffees in various forms

To start with this machine was good but exactly after one year, the machine has showing its Chinese footprint. It is not working properly and the worst part is the companies customer service team. They don’t know anything about this machine and they just keep on charging you money for no reason Avoid purchasing this machine
