Every thing is fine & worthy of the cost, but still – the sound is almost annoying, the top is uncovered, therefore exposed to dust and suction power appears to have been compromised a bit.
I think that’s all one can expect for 8k.
EDIT AFTER 8MONTHS USE
In the middle of night, luckily due to God’s grace, fell down onto the platform, hanging by the wire to the ‘s’ hook & plug socket.
Inspection revealed that the Technician bore &used smaller plugs & screws.
I called & lodged complaint with ELICAINDIA customer care 2 days back.
There was a promise but no response yet.
The type of installation is highly insecure & prone to defective installation.
LATEST UPDATE
When I pursued with the non-responsive Customer Care – THEY BLUNTLY REPLY THAT THE PRODUCT IS ‘ OUT – OF – WARRANTY ‘.
FUNNY, I bought it only 8 months back.
DEAR AMAZON / CLUDTAIL – WILL YOU look into it please.
