I was little sceptical buying something which is not non stick. I still bought it since iron is better health choice. Used it a couple times. I am surprised that it is nearly as good as non stick. It’s iron so no concerns on health part. Happy with the purchase.

Value for money.seasoning can be made properly.came with rust.we have done seasoning,after that kuzhi paniyaram came out very well.

The pan is good, but don’t go for square shape buy round shape. Heat does not evenly distribute in square shape and so difficult to find a lid to suit this shape for closing while cooking. The pan was pre- seasoned as mentioned and not sticky.

Nicely built square shaped pan with 9 cavities, heavy built , eclvennheat distribution. Using it for making Kofta with little oil, bati apart from Appam. Need very little oil, that’s healthy. Recommended value for money product.
