I use it mainly for making omelettes every day and absolutely love it. With trial and error, I’ve come to understand that it’s best left unwashed after use just wipe clean and next day, before using, wash using mild detergent and use immediately. This keeps the coating intact which helps with the non stick properties. Uses less oil and and heat. Highly recommended. So much healthier than cancer causing non stick Teflon coated pans
