We are bachelors and 2 persons so choose 22cm version of kadhai.
size is perfect for 2-3 peoples. We dont have gas stove so we cook on induction only and it works without issue till now.

bought this medium size kadai, it’s just perfect and I love it a lot ,I am using it every day. I even ordered these kadais for my Mom and my sister. Also bought lt bigger one additionally. The best steel kadai I have used so far sturdy and easy to handle . Little small than usual but you would need very less oil to fry your puris, because of its deep base.

This kadhai turned out to be a savoir as my previous kadhai would burn my vegetables but this one here distributes the heat evenly and my vegetables are cooked spot on.
