First, this DOES NOT reflect the working quality of the product. The product from Nirlep is good, but one can’t do much if you receive it broken. The item was bought as a gift for my parents. One of the handles that is welded is completely broken. I do not believe that welding can be broken in transit unless someone damaged it deliberately. So I believe that a defective/damaged product was shipped.Yes there is a return policy, but when you buy something as a gift for your old parents and send it home you do not expect them to generate RMA requests, print return slips and send the same back. While ordering products that are “Fulfilled by Amazon” I expected them to carry out basic diligence on the products before shipping so that such obvious damage/breakage do not slip through. I am wiser and will never send any gifts bought from Amazon and bear such embarrassment.
