Wenn das Öl in der Pfanne nicht zuerst erwärmt wird, klebt das Ei an!

I love the way it looks and feels. It is still taking trial and error in cooking. I have induction and sometimes it seems as if the pan stops receiving the heat signal. Also, I have tried recommended methods of non-stick and so far, nothing is quite working as the illustrations show. For instance, it does not get hot enough for water to bead in the pan vs evaporate.
However, I rather this than non-stick poison pans or cast iron. Even ceramic is great but if it scratches… So stainless steel is my choice. It needs time to learn how to cook with it

Love it. Fried two eggs this morning. Low heat. Minimum butter. Eggs came out clean, did not stick to the pan at all.
