Very good stuff. Not that expensive. For me it lasts for 2 years then I replace it.

This is a great product for boiling Milk as the Milk doesn’t stick to the vessel as in a SS Vessel. It is easy to clean the Pan with minimal effort, especially when we have to do all the work ourselves during covid without house help.
The plastic portion below the Pan Cover has developed a crack. I purchased 2 of these and it happened in both. the design is defective.
UPDATE:
The most common complaint from other buyers was the break in the plastic portion below the Pan Cover. I have added the pictures now. The manufacturer should replace the plastic portion at least for all those who are using the pan. I strongly recommend the company to change the design and inform us.

Making tea is far more convenient than anything else. Dishwasher safe claim is valid based on last few months on non sticky granito layer. However pouring tea is miserable, design is just poor. In dishwasher water gets stuck in handle as we put utensil upside down. Only place where non stick layer came out was screws and that’s the case with almost all utensils in market.
Product is good but prestige need to upgrade it and for now there is no one competing it to be even close.

Its a full utility item and of good quality. However, there was not much of a difference in the cost price when compared with the market as the same product is available at the same price in the open market. But no regrets, as the product is good to use

The media could not be loaded.
I bought it to make tea and boil milk for my son. 1.It’s very difficult to pour tea from this pan, lot of slippage happens while pouring.
2. Handle is horrible, everyday we have to tight the screw manually to use the handle.
3. Non stick coating came off in few places.
I bought two of them, and giving review after 6 months of use. Please don’t buy it is a horr ule product.

It’s very good for cooking and cleaning but what’s the point if you can’t use it properly, Tea and Milk both gets spilled while pouring in the cup, didn’t expect this in this price range. I won’t recommend buying it.
