It’s useless, first of all not 3 litres only 2.5 litres and moreover very low quality material used. Anyways I’m not happy, I wanted to return but the window closed.

It is excellent for boiling milk. Easy to use. Only drawback is that the handle does get a bit hot while boiling

Finally found this on Amazon, as my mom was looking this type of boiler since many years in every market. Everyone one was offering those tower type milk boiler’s. Finally got this one on Amazon and material is also good since a year now have been using it every day no problems till yet. I’m writing this review after one year of usage of the product.
