The most pathetic brand Pigeon.
To begin with, they sent an incomplete stove, without its legs. I followed up and tried to return the order, but it simply did not happen. Hence I decided to use it without the legs.
Secondly, it’s not even a year and the left knob suddenly got blocked and not turning to any side at all. Not that it’s been dirtily kept, it’s maintained in absolute cleanliness. Yet it suddenly stopped turning.
There is no service centre nor is there any contact number for customers to reach out to this fake company/brand.
I have no option other than buying a new one or change the entire unit bcz it’s casting metal.. And I have to do this on my own expense inspite of this product being in warranty.
If anyone knows a contact number of the service centre in Pune, then kindly share it here.
Pigeon is a pathetic brand. Never buy their products. They don’t deserve any rating or even a star bcz they fool their customers

The product is good. We ordered two stoves with 3 burner, but one stove with one burner stand is defective. Not able to contact amazon for replacement of that piece alone. Looks like need to return complete product. Kindly help with exchange of that one burner stand alone.

The stove works really well and I’m quite happy with its overall performance. However, the larger burner has an issue—it tends to switch off when set to a medium flame, which can be frustrating. Aside from that, everything else functions perfectly. It’s a solid product overall. Go for it!

Hi, I recently bought a Pigeon stove (Model:Pigeon Aster Gas Stove, standard 14266) from Amazon on 2nd July 2024. Yesterday, I came across a strange incident, where there was a heavy fire coming from the bottom side of the stove in the internal distribution pipe. I’m not sure how this could happen although both the burner knobs were turned off. I immediately closed the LPG cylinder’s main outlet valve, yet it took a couple of minutes for the fire to completely stop. Fortunately I was in the kitchen to notice it and action quickly.
I won’t feel safe even if I get this serviced/fixed in the warranty.
