pulling operation too soon.
It’s not strong enough for a few vegetables. (onions)
the pulling operation gets stuck and that operation fails.

It is a totally useless item as the pulling hold and the thread don’t work. Once you pull to rotate the blades it should retract automatically for you to pull again. While retracting the thread gets entangled and since it is sealed one can’t untangle it. And the product now is sitting in my shelf as the pulley thing is no longer working. It is a complete wastage of money. In the pic you can see how the thread is stuck, no movement any more

Superb, only thing I noticed is blade is not sharp. Previous one I had for more than 2 years only the thread broke out but the product is still in good quality and blades are super sharp.

The product is of better quality than expected. The plastic quality is good too. The blades are sharp enough too. Care should be given when pulling the handle. Sometimes the handle may get stuck in the pulling process. better not rotate the handle while pulling. Overall, its an okay product. great for making quick salads.
