Disappointing Customer Service – No Replacement Offered!
I purchased the AO Smith 25-litre water heater expecting a reliable product backed by good customer service, but I am extremely disappointed with the replacement policy . I contacted customer support expecting a quick resolution or at least a replacement, given the issue after purchase.
However, despite providing all the necessary details and following their process, I was told that no replacement would be provided. This is highly frustrating, especially for a product of this price and brand reputation. I trusted AO Smith and Amazon to deliver on quality and customer service, but unfortunately, this experience has left me regretting my purchase. I would advise future buyers to be cautious and think twice before purchasing this product.

The installation was done with utmost care. All was planned properly. The geyser is making lot of sound during heating compared to racold geyser which I have in other bathroom . Otherwise the product looks sturdy and working as expected.

Heating is good though it produce a sound while working. Customer care told it is normal. They also told they can send a person if needed to check it if i raise a ticket.
