I bought this item cos I am a very busy Ph.D. Student and mom and wanted to cook food and save for later for my family. I was so excited to use it but when my husband made me breakfast today and kept in the bowl, it was ice cold barely 2 hours later when I was having breakfast. I am so disappointed as I only bought it because I loved that it keeps food warm according to the website description. Other than that, it looks sturdy and it’s very beautiful. Also a little bit smaller than I expected. Would have kept the item regardless but I just couldn’t deal with it not keeping food warm.

The lid loosen doesn’t close properly, the lid design doesn’t sit properly, it’s a bit of air getting in, and the feeling is definitely not enough for hot food
