Thick base distributes the heat evenly. Can fry 2 to 3 kgs of meat as a time. The finishing could be better.

Uruli is good but colur of inside becomes dark after usage of one time only. But i gues that is how aluminum is.
Size of 13 inch is good. As bigger will not be easier to handle on gas i felt.

Bought this handi after reading the reviews. Product is good, it’s heavy and thick as expected. Good for preparing biryani and non veg recipes. Though it can get burnt if not careful while cooking as it heats up good.
I would like to have the same handi in smaller size for two persons meal
