Amazon is not accepting return ,the pickup agents are malicious and dont easily call you they keep rejecting the pickup on every scheduled date like a scam , ac was defective and was not working tried to connect with hitachi so many times they are slow as a tortoise and there service agents are even more worse , never buy an ac from hitachi or amazon

Best AC, service is great, technician is very polite, and skilled, after sale service is very good, Ac is very good, all the equipment is in the package which are very high quality, the cupper pipes which are in the package is made of high quality cupper with proper insulated and aluminium covered for better insulation and long life, air throw of these ac is excellent,swing feature is also good, best in performance, cooling is very nice, remote is very good with big screen for better view, overall the Hitach is Best in my opinion, 100% recommendation for buying these AC.

Hitachi India’s incompetence and fraudulent practices have left me utterly frustrated with their inverter AC. Since purchasing the unit, I have encountered nothing but problems, starting a mere three months after installation. Hitachi’s customer service is either grossly incompetent or deliberately deceptive.
I have filed over half a dozen complaints, each met with a different excuse. Initially, they claimed the compressor needed replacement and the gas required refilling, which is absurd for a unit that’s barely a year old. Two months later, the AC stopped working again, and this time, their agent had the audacity to tell me that the previous associate forgot to fill the gas, despite billing me for the service. The Hitachi associate then proceeded to fill the gas, claiming it would last for years, but unsurprisingly, the AC has stopped working once more, with the compressor apparently failing.
It has been nearly a month since I filed my latest complaint (ID: 24041803987), and I am still awaiting a response. Dealing with Hitachi is an excruciating experience that no customer should have to endure. One must either have a high tolerance for pain or an abundance of time to waste on their inefficient and deceptive customer service.
Hitachi’s products and after-sales support are a complete disaster. Their lack of accountability and transparent communication is appalling. I strongly advise against purchasing any Hitachi products, as their quality and customer service are far below acceptable standards.
