As a South Indian I love Puliodare( as pronounced at our end) . This Puliogare powder is a very quick recipe. It takes 7-8 minutes to cook the dish. Great option to have Puliodare for those people who are unable to make the powder themselves. It is a must buy in my list of ready to cook foods. When I’m too tired to cook anything elaborate, or when vegetables etc are not available on a bad weather day, I make some Puliodare!
