A very good quality product and quality too. I would suggest go for it. The product you get is either from UAE, or Australia.Those people who say the contents has rough raw covering don’t actually know the value and method of cooking it. It’s awesome and a good quality product.

These oats are light brown in color and on cooking the color becomes more lighter.
Its a healthy breakfast recipe and just take very less time to cook.
As per your nutritional requirement daily consumption of 50- 100 gms of oats in your breakfast is good for overall well being.
Just take some oats and add water or milk as per your taste and keep for boiling. In3 minutes your oats are ready.
You can add nuts and honey to it for enhancing the taste.
Or can add vegetables to it.

I am using kellogs oats for last 1 year… It’s result is very impressive… It’s taste is also good… Better than many other…
It keeps you energetic.. Whole day.. If you take enough amount in breakfast (that doesn’t mean one shouldn’t take lunch.. 😀☺️).
.Due to its regular use. I also gained 13 kg weight in last couple of month.. Previously my weight was around 56kg…
So it will suggest to include it in breakfast if one is serious to one’s health.
