I didn’t realise I had bought the low-fat one until the taste hit me and I had to double-check the packaging, wondering if I had accidentally been sent an expired product. This is great value for money but the flavour is rather foul. I understand this is low-fat so it’ll deviate from the original flavour slightly, but it tasted very cardboard-like and was an unpleasant start to the morning. It could just be an acquired taste and I’m just being picky, but I would recommend the original one over this low-fat variant.

I try to stay away from “healthy” cereal. I think most people do because they lack taste or have fruits. Who wants fruits in cereal? However, I have bought this one countless of times. For me, this has just the right amount of sweetness and I’ll have a bowl of this as a dessert replacement. That’s how tasty I find it. I have tried other flavors from Special K but this has always been my favorite one.
