this meal has helped me to manage my weight considerably. i am going to order third one. Morning breakfast lasts till Noon and then also the lunch intake reduces to half of what i was taking. Weight totally under control. Dont think again just go for it.

some of the reviews said that there is small worms in it but i think the whole batch of product that made in that period of time was bad. mine is from sept 9 and the cereals are as good as new. so m happy with it.

Guys I think this a very good food supplement for pre-workout or post-workout. This is really a very good product and easy to serve and the taste is unflavoured but it’s awesome. U can add more dry fruits in the cereal and make it the best. At last I want to say that this is inaverable 😏

It looks completely fine until you pour liquid (milk) on it. At first I thought some kind of edible seeds are there but when stared it for a while, there were dead ant bodies.
I don’t know how they came but it is simply so disgusting. I want a replacement.

Seemed like a good product but it started tasting bad and smelly after a couple of days. I had kept the other brand (i think it was Yogabar) cereal in the same container and there was no problem of taste ever. This could have been a good product if shelf life is improved.

I liked the overall protein content, butnwhild having it you can’t count your protein intake, because mostly the soy chuncks come in bulk in the beginning and during the end of the pack you remain only with cereal grains. It’s a good option, do keep one if you go to gym, can fulfill you daily protein intake easily.
