Hi Gaurav, I just received my first order of ghee, and I must say it tastes like authentic A2 ghee. I’ve been consuming A2 ghee for a long time, and this one stands out with its quality. However, I have a quick suggestion for you and the packaging team: please consider avoiding thermocol or plastic products for cushioning. I’m sure you can find a more eco-friendly alternative. I know the A2 ghee market is highly competitive, and while the ghee itself is excellent, the packaging could use some improvement. It feels a bit too flat. Keep up the good work!

Firstly I purchased 24 August 24 ,this time ghee was good,
Second time I purchased on 11 sep 24,but this time ghee was not good, taste of ghee is different from when I purchased first time, on 24 August 24
So i request to company , don’t do this in future
Give original ghee,since price is costly and you should give value of money for your future godwll of your product
Taste of ghee is not like original ghee which was purchased earlier,
Since this time waste of my money Rs 2262 ,and this in not returnable,so very sad

Loved the flavour the aroma the texture. I have tried at least 10-12 different brands of desi gai ghee made from curds. This is the only one that I think is original and unadulterated. This one brought back the taste of ghee made by my Mom.

If one has used Gir Cow original ghee earlier the taste has some uniqueness in taste and texture. Why I am saying that this ghee is good.
1. Suited Price: Those who are purchasing or searching good bilona a2 ghee that too Gir Cow first time they must be wandering why Rs 2000/-, reality is original Ghee starts from this very range only.
2. Cow belongs to one Farm only : They have their own farm and fooder also they grow so there is less chances that they will be taking ghee from some other source. A brand whose advertisement nowadays seen a lot over youtube has himself accepted that due to high demand they take milk from known persons that means fooder and other qualities are not at their hand. Secondary at Rosier there seems to be good number of Gir Cow as seen in videos. Observe others brand videos also for this confirmation.
3. Is it the best Ghee? I would say best at this price if someone has no issues of money they can go with folded eyes to Ramesh Bhai Rupaleyia’s ‘Gir gau Jatan Sansthan’ not commercialaly very known Brand but he is like a Scientist of Ghee but that starts from 3500 Rs per kg and goes even 1 lakh Per kg also for some special ausadhi ghee.
4. Any Suggestions to Rosier: As per traditional method Ghee should be slowly churned with hand with wooden churner by churning both side I didn’t get in any video whether they churn by which machine that’s does it for both clock and anti clock wise although such slow wooden churner machine are available in market.
5. Flying beast : And definitely Gaurav Taneja will not spoil his name that’s why also one can opt for this.
So I would suggest one can have try this. It’s good one.
