This mustard oil has very good aroma and flavour. It feels kind of pure mustard oil, best in class.

Bought this after reading a recipe for a very simple curry and decided to try it out. First use used a bit much of it and it made my whole kitchen pungent of mustard, stang my nostrils in not an unpleasent way, and felt I was breathing better than ever after.
It adds a lovely subtle mustard taste to curries. You don’t need much, maybe only a teaspoon when sweating down some onions, and it adds a noticable component to dishes, would highly recommend

I felt its slightly better then other popular brands but I dint find its purity is as near to the actual pure mustard oil. I was using other brand which is very less popular but definitely better than this one, I bought this to try, but won’t buy next times.
