Disclaimer: I haven’t opened the bottle and used the oil yet. But my experience with it has already been a bit sour. I’ll try to update my review once I actually open and taste the oil.
First, the bottle was missing the cap to screw it shut. There is only a pull seal that’s holding the oil in the bottle. Once opened there is no way to close the bottle, necessitating tranfer to a different bottle. I noticed this after some time of receiving the delivery otherwise I would have rejected it right there.
Secondly, the bottle delivered has useby date that’s very close (barely 45 days left) though it was packed 8 months ago.
Overall, if a product is marked as non-returnable then the seller and Amazon should be absolutely certain that there is nothing wrong with product they deliver. In this aspect both seller and Amazon have failed.
