It’s looking good on me.. –
It’s a bit more chewy and stretchy. But if you overall a good product. I think it will work good with deep/shallow fry, only wet sheet is not good enough.

Finally I found something which is gluten free.. Today I had rice paper momo, that was delicious and beyond my expectations..
