Urban Platter Shirataki Noodles, 270g [Keto-Friendly; Low-Carb, Fat-Free, Gluten-Free; Ultra-Low Calorie Konjac Miracle Noodles],
- Shirataki Noodles, popularly known as Konjac Noodles or Miracle Noodles, are an extremely unique food variety that is very filling but has almost no calories! They are long, white & translucent noodles with a slightly chewy texture.
- Traditionally consumed in Japan, China & Southeast Asia, these low-carb and grain-free noodles are made from glucomannan, a type of fiber that comes from the root of the Asian Konjac plant.
- Shirataki noodles are about 97% water and 3% glucomannan fiber, making them low in calories with no digestible carbs! The soluble fiber in glucomannan helps you feel full and also regulates blood sugar levels, cholesterol and digestive health.
- A great substitute for traditional noodles, Konjac noodles lack a flavour of their own noodle so add the sauces or condiments you want them to take the flavour of. Use in Asian-inspired noodle dishes, cold salads or add some marinara or pesto and make your low-carb version of pasta! Pairs extremely well with our Malay Satay Sauce, Singaporean Chilli Sauce, Korean BBQ sauce & Thai Sweet Chilli Lemongrass Sauce.
- How to cook? Rinse the noodles very well for a few minutes under fresh water. Then heat the noodles in a skillet for several minutes with no added fat.

Bought this a few months ago. Finally had time to open it to cook and found only water, some slimy stuff and zero noodles . It had not expired yet when opened in October . Googled immediately and found out they don’t dissolve in water either. So where’s the noodles ? Scammed !!!

Healthy alternative …Good product for people who keep a tab on their calorie intake.Although it tastes very plain but considering the composition it’s a good alternative.Easy to make but is on higher emd in terms of price.

I bought it because its healthy but its totally tasteless and thick hard noodles.
I mean you cant even boil them in some gravy to make it flavorful. We have chew them a bit more than other noodles. Totally weird.

It has this sloppy kinda taste but It was good. people generally make ramen 🍜 or something like that. It has low calorie but it is expensive to stock up and use. paying 200₹ for 200gm of noodles is expensive.
