Used to buy imported pad-thai style rice noodles and got bored of them. Tried these and very pleasantly surprised. Great texture. They don’t get too soggy post cooking, and hold the sauce pretty well too. Also happy to support local brands. Will definitely repurchase.

These are pretty thick rice noodles. Quality is really very good. I tried only once. I left the noodles for 30 minutes in water as per directions but they didn’t hydrated as said so I boiled them for long. Noodles were still not soft. Later I realised that if noodles are left for some time after boiling, they become soft but not mushy. For first timers these noodles might feel hard to eat but once you get used to, you won’t go back to refined flour noodles.

Tastes good and can be prepared as you please. Price is also good. Good alternative to maida if you like to eat a lot of noodles.

I have gluten allergies. So taste and non lumpiness are the most important criteria for me. With these noodles (and gluten free soya sauce and vegetables), had the best Singapore noodles dish in a very long time.

I recieved these today and made them for dinner. They hold their shape and aren’t sticky at all! Chewey and satisfying too! Add to that the nutritional value of these great noodles. The only advice I’d give for similar results is to not follow the cooking instructions on the packet. Here’s what I did:
1. Soak the noodles in warm water for 15-20 minutes.
2. Rinse them WELL, like really well six to seven times. Removing the starch makes them non-sticky. They’ll still have some snap to it. That’s where the cooking comes in.
3. Boil water. Cook the noodles for 1-2 minutes. Not any longer if you want to avoid a mushy mess.
4. Rinse again till water runs clear.
5. Add to your sauce!
This way you’ll get the perfect noodles every time!
