The Ashirwad Atta 10 kg Packet was Torn and a Duct Tape was placed to Fix the gap. Still the Atta was falling off. Looks like a Rat had bitten the Pack Since the Delivery was made late at Night as, we could observe the Damage later.

I have no defects to mention ; I do have an suggestion that
Cover the Atta in plastic or somewhat cover to prevent them from bugs manifestation

Bad quality and added salt to the wheat and wasn’t pure wheat. Felt tiredness after eating it. Completely unacceptable.

I love this flour, and I’ve bought it before. Sure it’s a little pricey, but to me it’s worth it rather than trying to drag it back on the bus from the nearest market to me that sells it. But when I ordered it this time, the bag arrived open! Very disappointed, it’s unusable and there’s no return policy
Update: the customer fixed the issue with me so I’m going to go ahead and move to three stars.

The wheat Flour delivered on 6th January is smelling and tasting unpleasant, could you please let me know how can get the refreshed pack and return the old one. It is showing the item is not returnable, but can be replaced
