Broken Rice but taste and smells good…

There is a double stitching on the top of the bag. I had to struggle for 10 minutes to carefully cut open the thread with a knife. As i wanted to reuse the bag, i didn’t slash open the bag.
There is no cooking instruction on the bag. There is nutritional information written in Hindi.
Expiry date is clearly printed on the side.
It is small broken basmati rice.
Update: it is just normal broken rice, a by-product when milling basmati rice with just a fancy name like mogra. There is nothing special about this rice. Just a little bit of fragrance. Not good for pressure cooking. If you pressure cook the rice, it gets lumpy and sticky. Pot boiling method works best of this rice and you get separate grain cooked rice. I am using this rice as dog food. I pressure cook this rice for dog food.

It’s broken rice but there is no compromise with quality it smells good, tastes good, if cooked by soaking grains doesn’t seems broken. Would recommend to try once

tasty aromatic basmati rice, however short grain and you get a spoon free inside

I love this rice and I use it along with some rice as it’s so soft.. we need to use less water while cooking and the aroma of this rice makes me hungry 🤤
