Though we have very hard water in our area, still it made the stains a little lighter in one use, let’s see how it works after 3 or 4 uses

The first one ordered was thick cream color liquid good product,basing on the 1st order, ordered 2nd and 3rd time,but the product sent is not like the first one,the liquid is like water not cleaning the bathroom properly,poor quality

I am using this product from for more than 2 years.
The last 2 purchases, I am finding the quality has been started declining, as
1) the effectiveness on reducing scales have been less
2) the thickness of the liquid has reduced and now it looks like a liquid than a thick slurry.
The manufacturer needs to look into the feedback and has to rectify and come back to the expectations.
I am now not going to repurchase this again.

Its not cleaning properly. I thought this product more powerful that Clorox but no use.
We have to put our effort, a detergent can do the job if we put more effort.
the plus is no smell.

Not go for normal acid. Acids will damage grout in tiles.
But this not much harm for grout.
