First, I will appreciate the product for one thing: it cleans well. I attached some images of waste that came during the cleaning process. I want to tell you some things. While installing the washing machine, the guy gave me 4 packages of Samsung cleaning powder, which I thought would work. But after one year, I realized that some white-like layer had formed on the filter, which the powder was unable to remove. So I finally tried this new product, which worked well. It removed the white-like layer on the filter below and some waste-like things formed inside.
Con: I found only one con: I don’t like the smell of the liquid; they should add some nice fragrance to it.

It’s advertised to use half bottle in one time but I found using 1/4th at a time works better. It cleans and does not telarnish the drum.
Mine’s a samsung top load fully automatic machine. May differ for other builds as material used for product build may differ.
