उत्पाद की गुणवत्ता बहुत खराब है, घटिया सामग्री का इस्तेमाल किया गया है। 40-50 रुपये में गली नुक्कड़ के ठेलों पर इससे बेहतर चीजें मिल जाती हैं। प्रोडक्ट का रिटर्न नहीं है तो कोई बात नहीं, लेकिन अगर प्रोडक्ट डैमेज है तो उसका रिप्लेसमेंट होना चाहिए। अमेज़न को उन प्रोडक्ट्स पर जिनमें रिटर्न नहीं होता, ये लेबल साफ़ और स्पष्ट तरीके से दिखाना चाहिए। सिर्फ़ सेलर ही नहीं, बल्कि अमेज़न भी कस्टमर के साथ बराबर की धोखाधड़ी कर रहा है। The product quality is really bad, using cheap materials. You can easily find better stuff for 40-50 rupees at street vendors. If there’s no return, fine, but at least if the product is damaged, there should be a replacement. Amazon should clearly show labels for products that don’t have returns. It’s not just the seller, even Amazon is equally cheating the customer.
