It’s very good basin

This wash basin by the American company Kohler is extremely heavy, has a weight of 16 kg and the ceramic is very beautiful. But be prepared that the installation cost will be higher than normal, because two strong man are required and heavy duty hinges and strong long screws (I paid Rs. 4000,- for the complete installation + Rs. 2500,- for the installation material=Rs. 6500,-). It comes triple packed incl. a wooden case to avoid transport damages. Go for it if You can afford the additional expenses. It’s very beautiful white ceramic. Far above the standard quality ceramic (watch the video).

Ordered 2 washbasin and one of them received in broken condition. Raised a refund request and request got called with status refund verification failed. But no one called/visited my place to check condition
RO (=REVERSE OSMOSIS) –
Water is not completely draining.
The middle part with the slot for water drainage should have been sloped more to let water out.
Water holds everytime.

Product received was of very high quality, finishing is good, heavier in weight. Single tap hole makes the look perfect.
