Bought this in 2021. It has served me well these three years. I’m leaving this review when I came here to order another two for my kids’ bathroom.
Pros: Looks clean and rich, matches any modern bathroom. Smooth and straight spray. Easy to handle lever, smooth operation and closing. Easy to clean and stays clean for a long time. Light weight.
Cons: There’s a retraining rubber ‘O’ ring at the bottom of the faucet which keeps coming loose now and then. Its function is to keep the faucet firm on the wall holder. Without the ring, faucet faces sideways instead of looking straight. Not a big issue, I’m not bothered by it anymore.

The build quality of this spray is quite good but the water flow is not even half of the spray that it replaced. I wonder why. Is there any tweaking that can be done ?

It has 10 year warranty!!! Imagine the confidence the company has on their products. 10 year warranty on a 1000 rupee product!!! Hats off to Kohler. Guys I used to let my plumber by the faucets earlier and every bathroom had a different one. They always started dripping after few months. I was fed up and thought I will look at some better ones. You can find really expensive ones also but I saw this one from Kohler and thought I will try it. This is so sturdy and well built, assembly by hand is enough , no need for even tightening with any wrench. It also has a filter in the pipe nut so that the dirt doesn’t reach the faucet! Really well designed. Now all faucets in my house are this one. I can promise you this will be the last faucet you will buy. This thing will never need to be replaced. Better than buying cheaper ones and replacing every year or dealing with the dripping water. Also this is easy to clean. It’s not heavy as the steel ones so even if you drop it, it will not damage tiles. Also the button is textured and designed so that you can control pressure very easily and not get your butt blasted! I have used other still one with brass construction which look nice but they have no control, it’s just full open or close. Look no further.
