The product works amazingly for 2-3 weeks and then the tap starts to leak and there is a dual option to switch the mode of water flow that switch is made of some cheap plastic it will break easily and the water flow will become inconsistent and start oozing from all the places making it impossible to wash the utensils as the water will splatter all over you! Bad product!!!!

This is a very good utility tap for kitchen sink but the problem is with the built. I yave purchased this product twice and both the time it started leaking and now I have to move to something else. Unfortunately I really liked this tap but the built is not up to the mark

The flexible pipe on this tap cracked near the base recently, despite purchasing it in January 2024. This caused significant leaking, making it unusable. The tap itself functioned well before the crack appeared, but the faulty pipe was a major disappointment, especially considering how new it is. I was also unable to find contact information for the manufacturer.

Eventhough it’s painting doesn’t last and is made of cheaper variety of plastic, it didn’t break down after prolonged use. It’s quite useful and a good product for the price.
