The tap itself is great, good quality and looks. However one of the parts sent was damaged. The mixer valves came with cracks and we’re leaking from the outset. Had to use old valves.

I have given the product 4 star rating for adhering to delivery schedule and looks as publicised. But working of the mixer
is not upto the mark. The spindles inside the taps are loose fitted due to which water forces out of the taps automatically once tap is opened initially. To overcome the problem I had to replace the defective spindle by locally procured one. This really disappointed me. The manufacturer/seller should have given more effort towards quality control.
