Appreciated To considering environment by reducing packing material. Purpose is good but what about value of material, and costumer.
My order just escaped from damage, almost package corners are torn. If the transportation takes 2more days then I am sure it may delivers part by part.
Please instruct your material handling staff, if they noticed package getting damage in between your facilities, immediately take necessary coverup action. It makes sense I thing.
Water flow is very slow……waste of money…. –
Hi. Yes it is a good design and very flexible to use. But the water leakage all depends upon rubber ring and washer. So handle with care. Don’t turn hose 360° unnecessary for safety of washers. Yes. I feel it’s little costly by other brands. Packing and delivery was awesome. Before the commitment delivered. Thinks for faster delivery under lockdown.

I am in love with this tap. Cost effective and gave a good look to my kitchen. I had jaguar taps (two separate taps for drinking and usage water) they were short of length. I kept regretting for my decision to select them. I wanted to replace them but was not sure which tap will fix my error.
And I came across a plumber youtuber who was explaining a tap change. He shown a similar product. I searched at Amazon and I found that product and I found Alton bit costlier than brand shown in YouTube. Yet I purchased it and installed. Amazon Installation in collaboration with Urban company had some hiccup. Installation go delayed but ultimately they sent an excellent plumber who installed tap.
I am visiting my kitchen sink so many times to see it and there is inner satisfaction to see my kitchen got a good look. Water is not exactly falling on sink outlet. No spilling on boundaries.

The item is very useful in kitchen as the tap nozzle can be moved and bent as required. Looks classy.

Had Jaguar kitchen mixer which is bulky and handful to operate lasted 15 years. Frequently O-ring replacement and decided to replace the mixer itself.
This is sleek and not that kind of luxurious look like jaguar. Installing and functioning was smooth in 5 minutes. Flexible head is additional facility if anybody use it. But I don’t think will be using it on a regular basis. Higher the head, water falls from more height causing splash around. But room for washing is more and comfortable.
Turning the splash to jet will not be easy on regular use, as the hand will be oily in the kitchen and need little grip. It is easy to remove the nozzle and clean it.
A visitor commented that Alton is a good product. Overall satisfied with the quality and performance.
