I was very much confused before buying as there are other brands with advanced design and quality even at lesser price. But then decided to give a try with kohler products.
I really love the finishing and fineness. Great buy.

The warranty was 10 years and mentioned in description at the time of purchase but when service guy visited, he informed that the warranty is only 2 years. Seems like some kind of fraud going on.
Water leakage only after some time.

Like: the design and easy to fit on my kitchen tap. Long lasting and looks good.
Dislike: After using for almost 1.5 years, recently water started leaking and need to change the splindle. Unlike Jaquar, Cera or Perryware brand, parts not available in market. I have visited their listed showroom in Bangalore and could not find the part. Later I called up Kohler customercare and my contacts were shared to dealers. The splindle cost is rs.1505 for part number 835750. Plus I have to pay for delivery charge and get a plumber to fix it. The cost is more than three times than any other brand. It is not worth buyin
There is always wear and tear happen and you expect to wait days to call up customer care, connect with dealers and fix the water leaks? Or you just get it repair through nearby shops on same day?
Finally, replaced the whole item with another brand. For me I will never buy such brand again. I request Amazone to include maintenance and service information so that customers are aware before buying.

It appears luxurious, and very premium. The fitting is easy to fix, you can do if strong or else you will need a plumber. Once installed it is a breeze to use, and it helped solved the frequent change of tap s internal washer, always spoiled by over tightening by our maid. This solved years of that problem.

This turned out to be an awesome faucet. Very minimal installation time (you need a plumber or plumbing tools). The neck is long enough to work with most wash basins. The water on/off mechanism is very smooth. Has been two months already after installation and had no issues of any kind. Much better than those other knob type faucets. A little higher in the price but worth it

The product is good but the one I received was with opened box and the seal was broken. The product itself was damaged with lots of scratches. I tried returning the order but received the product again in similar bad condition. I returned the product but this is something you should consider while ordering bathroom fittings from Amazon. You will never be sure what you will receive. If you are working with deadline go ahead and buy from any store nearby.
