we bough this amazonbasics locker In Nov 2021-Amazon Basics Digital Safe With Electronic Keypad Locker For Home, Gross Capacity – 58L (Net – 51L), Black
AmazonBasics Home Safe – 1.80 Cubic Feet(50.97 litres). The locker electronic keypad stopped working, we replaced the battery also still the keypad is not working. We tried calling the amazon customer care service to provide the contact no of the service provider, so that we can get the locker repaired. We found out that these locker can’t be repaired once the keypad is gone. The worst part is they do not have any kind of customer support for such product which they claim as from amazon amazon basic in house product. It’s a total waste of money and this product to be blacklisted.
