amazing look installation easy chairs are little bit light weight else the product is amazing
I ordered this tea on a friend’s recommendation. However, it tastes very different and refreshing. It really relaxes you after a hard day at work. Strongly recommend to all tea lovers who like to try new flavours. This will become your new favourite. –
I ordered this Amazon brand- Solomon dining table in April and received it in a weeks time. Following day, the assembly executive visited to set it up but we were disheartened to see that it was broken.
We booked a return the same day as we needed to set up a dining table asap.
And , then the harrowing experience started.
We kept booking return after return , with no redress all or help. Each time I was able to connect with their customer sevice( which is another sorry state of affairs, btw) , they assured me that this time they would help me surely.
We booked another return and it was always for the next day- even though I called them at 8 in the morning each time
We waited for the absent delivery people to pick it up and the refund in my account. But , that was not to happen.
Once, when I asked the call to be transferred to the senior , I was left on waiting without any response.
Disgusting staff and pathetic customer service . My money was stuck and I was left with broken furniture.
Never ever recommend buying furniture from Amazon.

Product is weak and even 50kg person sits on it…it falls down (not durable)
There’s no return
I had to follow up with amazon for the setup and they are not even replying or receiving calls …just saying we are looking into it and no one is getting back
Not at all proper service
I had to follow up for 3 days …I literally called for 10 times per day and amazon don’t even care about providing the service once they received the payment
Not at all recommended product as well as amazon.
I’m not going to order single item from now on from amazon because of this poor service
