Overall a good product. Seller given assistance from pre order stage to delivery. Selling experience is good as well as product. Few cons I have noticed that is why given 4 star. Otherwise it is 5 star product. Below are my key observations
Pros
1. Table and chairs are sturdy, made up of seesham wood. Gives elegant look in the home.
2. Product dimensions and appearance is same as on Amazon.
3. Cushion color can be customized by contacting the seller. Other customizations also accepted by seller.
4. Looks sturdy and durable. Need to check in long term usage.
5. Very easy to assemble
6. Delivered before promised time. Delhivery is the delivery partner and thanks for seamless delivery experience. Packaging is very appropriate.
Cons
1. Corners are very sharp
2. Polish is not upto expectation, left few gaps
3. Important thing is the sitting board under cushion is not made up of Sheesam wood. It is made up of MDF board.
4. Cushion seems to be cotton. Not look like foam.
5. One chair is not completely sit on the floor. Not properly balanced. Care should taken on craftsmanship
6. One leg of a chair is having a crack. Manufacturer forgot to cover it up with adhesive

We decided to purchase the table after careful consideration of reviews and after reaching out to the seller. Crafted from Sheesham wood, the table boasts excellent quality and sturdiness. When we sought additional information from the seller, they provided valuable details and even agreed to customize the cushion color.
Although designed for six people, considering the typical utensils in Indian households, comfortably seating four is more practical to avoid potential mess. This, of course, may vary among families.
On a related note, identifying wood types like Sheesham or Teak relies heavily on trusting the carpenter, making it challenging for the current generation. However, the seller assured us of the table’s Sheesham wood quality, and the finishing and color were impeccably done.
The table arrived in less than three weeks, and the packaging was superb, requiring about an hour for two of us to disassemble. Setting up the DIY table took only 10 minutes, while the chairs were ready to use straight from the package. Rivigo handled the delivery, providing convenient tracking details through WhatsApp and their website.
