Its a nice product, quality is good, packing for shipping is also really good, wood finish is also really good.

Even if product quality is good but customer service & their commitment is ridiculous, terrible & extremely disappointing. I called wakefit customer care for knowing whether installation at my location is available with also specifying my pincode for the same and they said YES it is available. So I ordered it from Amazon. Later when product got delivered, I was waiting for installation as they mentioned that within 4 working days they will call us for installation, but no call received. So when I called them, they very cunningly declined my installation. I raised a complaint but it wasn’t addressed at all. Later they agreed for reimbursement of nominal installation charges at my location to be done by outsourced carpenter from my end. Again, they “cunningly declined” the reimbursement of charges, due to which I had to put extra money for installation out of my pocket. So I would conclude that their customer service is really pathetic, completely scam, non-trust worthy. Don’t put your hard earned money in this company products.
