I recently purchased a Cellbell office chair, and while there are some positives, my overall experience was mixed.
Delivery & Packaging:
First off, the delivery experience was quite disappointing. There was no doorstep delivery, and only a single person came for the drop-off. Due to the congested road, the vehicle couldn’t come all the way to my doorstep, leaving me to do all the heavy lifting from the vehicle to my room. This was quite inconvenient.
The packaging was below average. The chair came in a box with a big “Shark Tank” print, but honestly, I’d prefer they focused more on secure and protective packaging instead of flashy branding.
Product Quality:
As for the chair itself, it’s okay for the price, but the build quality leaves much to be desired. There were some missing plastic caps and even a few rusted bolts, which was disappointing. The finishing also isn’t up to the mark.
Assembly:
On the plus side, assembly was straightforward and didn’t take much time. They do provide an Allen key for assembly, which was helpful.
Comfort:
Comfort-wise, the chair is average. One major downside is that you can’t lean the chair backward as it’s directly fitted to the base, limiting its flexibility.
In summary, while the chair serves its basic purpose, the overall experience and build quality could definitely be improved.

The product quality is really good. Moreover the cell bell customer service was way beyond my expectation as I got a call from their team member Rahul and he did a fantastic job in getting the hand rest replaced and show that company’s customer service is up to the mark!
