Avoid this product. Even after 3 services within 4 months and still in warranty, the company was not able to resolve the problem of not cooling. Atleast don’t buy online, buy from local SS Dealer & you will get better service. I have 6 ACs from hitachi, all from local dealer and all working fine. This is the first one from Amazon and all frustration only. Sincere advice to avoid the online fraud.

This new AC is a fantastic upgrade from my previous units. The airflow is exceptional, it’s surprisingly affordable, and the self-cleaning feature is a game-changer. Plus, the energy efficiency is impressive. The installation was quick and hassle-free. Highly recommend

I have ordered this AC on the Great Indian Festival. The AC is working fine, it cools the room within some minutes and is powerful enough. But I have faced trouble with the installation charges. They have charged a lot during installation time, all the prices they have mentioned are far beyond the market price. Hitachi should check on this with the vendor and revise the charges.

Installation associates were good, professional. Took 3k for installation and for other material charges. Ac is working fine. Cooling is good so far. Will check for few months and will give a review again.

We bought the AC with high expectations, and we paid an additional ₹7000 for 2 A/Cs installation. Unfortunately, it was not installed properly. To make matters worse, just three weeks later, the gas inexplicably leaked from the cylinder, leaving the AC non-functional.
We promptly requested for Re-install under the warranty, hoping for a swift resolution. However, it took 2-3 weeks for two technicians to finally arrive. Upon inspection, they informed us that the gas leak occurred due to improper installation, specifically pointing out that the fan was not positioned correctly. Their solution? Reinstall the unit properly, but at our own expense, essentially paying the installation cost all over again.
Adding to our frustration, when we asked the technicians to wait while we considered our options, they simply left without any notice. Since then, there has been no follow-up, and no one is responding to our queries.
This experience has left us deeply frustrated and disappointed, both with the quality of the product and the lack of professionalism in the service. I would strongly advise others to reconsider purchasing this product and using the installation service offered by Hitachi.

Value for money product. Superb performance, surprisingly I am feeling very comfort, pleasant air in this room, don’t know what is the difference ( I have Voltas, Daikin & LG)
I bought it by looking at 5 years comprehensive warranty. It’s a trust creative point to buy, Product is awesome.
Voltas AC service & warranty terms are worst. TATA is utilising its brand name to cheat Indian customers – almost all products and services are worst. Many are not able to understand.
TATA should improve a lot in both product & service aspect.
Daikin AC also bad.
LG is very good undoubtedly.
