Just go for it without 2nd thought, the AC cools down the temperature at very fast and its super energy efficient. The indoor and outdoor noise is at lowest, looks super cool thanks in the bedroom. Amazon was best at delivery and installation.

I have installed this AC in my Master bed room. It cools the room very fast and I turn it off after 30 minutes.
I have liked 5 in 1 Convertible feature. Overall Excellent Product, and I am going to purchase one more at this price for my parents house.

I bought it feb 2024 installation is smooth but Rs 1500 . Work fine. But almost 20 working night only there is refrigerant leak(E5 signal showing). I work outside and my parents don’t know much about ac so they don’t use till i am arive on 30.08.24. I complaint 31.08.24 and service operator contact immediately and come. But unfortunately they don’t find any leak and suggest outdoor pcb damage ( ac don’t take full ampere rating and gas pressure also updown and discharge pipe get ice and after 10-15 minutes outdoor unit stop and show E5). Although i check communication is proper between indoor pcb to outdoor pcb(personally check). They suggest pcb replacement. And told it take time 15-20 days but fortunately after 7 day they visit 2 nd time with pcb . But after installing pcb, problem not solve, and after that another guy found leak on service valve. They correct it 3 rd visit with full gas charging. And today 11.09.24 problem solve. The product is on warranty so they don’t charge single rupees. Our service partner is ” Bright service” based on durgapur. They communicate with us very gently. The ovarall warranty is 1 year, pcb 5 year and compressor 10 year. Please register your products on Havel sync app. I give next review after some days. So if you don’t want this problem think before. Leakage on new ac is not expected Lloyed sorry .

Works fine. Installation was a big disappointment though. Delivered on 7th June, installation was only on 12th five days later. Whilst ordering on Amazon there was an option to request installation at a charge of Rs 999+ GST which I did. The service people were supposed to contact me through mail or text which they didn’t. With great difficulty somehow I was provided the lloyd service number by Ms Smita from Amazon Customer Care. As I contacted lloyd Service they informed me installation service has not been registered. Fresh registration was done. After 2 days lloyd service contacted me. Then for one day there was no news from them and my call went unanswered. Then a technicians number was given. The technicians took their time. Then i has this sms that your product service request …. May be cancelled as your site is not ready for the installation. I Whatsapped and escalated. Two technicians came. Since mine is a heritage building the brick walls are 25 inches thick. They said they do not have proper tools to drill such a wall. But after a lot of elbow grease the wall was drilled and ac installed somehow. It’s 24 hours since the ac is working. It’s an 1.5 ton ac but cooling my 270 sq ft bedroom most efficiently. Go for it but as soon as the product is delivered get lloyd service number from Amazon Customer Care personnel and register for installation.
Edit: This I felt I must add. My bedroom is 286 square foot with 13 ft high ceiling. Had doubts if a 1.5 ton ac would be able to cool it efficiently. A relative staying at Hyderabad had three Lloyd split ac units in his appartment and he said they cool really well and fast(all 1.5 ton and without AI). That’s why i ordered a Lloyd even after coming across many posts blaming their late installation hassles. I must say this ac cools fast and efficiently . I keep my ac temp at 26 degree C most of the times.
