This product is very good, value for money. Although they didn’t provide free installation. The cooling is good and the wifi feature is also working flawlessly.

Don’t get into assumption that there is “free standard installation”. This is not free. The AC install technicians will come and charge. I even called Amazon support and they also said that AC installation is chargeable. So this is a false statement made here.

It’s a good AC with all the latest features. It does the job of cooling and its effective in that regard. installation guys asked for money when Amazon stated it ws free. Atlast we had to pay, amazon asked for bill for reimbursement of the money paid. some how the installation people refunded us the money saying they wrongly charged it.
the AC create too much noise. The indoor and outdoor unit both. I have another voltas one which certainly does less noise. Not sure if this product is faulty.
App connection and wifi is okay. Overall a decent buy but not great.

I was initially drawn to this Lloyd AC because of its unique and stylish design. It looks fantastic in my home. However, my experience with the installation and service has been extremely frustrating.
The installation technician did not properly level the outdoor unit, leaving it visibly tilted. He seemed more interested in pushing accessories than ensuring a correct installation. He also lacked basic knowledge about the AC’s functions and promised a demo and WiFi setup that never happened.
The most concerning issue is that the AC sprays water from the indoor unit, causing visible fungal spots. Despite multiple complaints to Lloyd customer support, no one has come to resolve the problem. This is unacceptable for a brand-new AC.
The WiFi functionality is also faulty. The AC frequently turns itself on after being switched off, changes settings randomly, and disregards temperature settings. I’ve been forced to unplug the AC when leaving the house to prevent it from running unnecessarily.
Attempts to troubleshoot with Lloyd technicians have been unhelpful. They’ve suggested resetting my router or uninstalling the app, failing to acknowledge the root of the problem lies within the AC’s hardware or software.
Overall, I’m incredibly disappointed with the poor service and faulty Wi-Fi feature of this Lloyd AC. While the design is appealing, the ongoing issues and lack of support make it difficult to recommend this product.
