The AC is really good for its price, the installation was done on time as well. The smart option with app control is a nice feature to have, it’s energy efficient and the cooling is also great. Been using it for a few months now and no complaints so far. The noise level is decent and not too loud. Remote control has all the necessary controls but not quite good looking to be honest but does its job.

Best ac for the budget you can get if you want a wifi ac… It’s so satisfying and easy to just say alexa turn off the ac in 30 minutes and go to sleep. No need to find the ac remote, can turn the ac on or off on the fly. Other than that it’s a normal ac. Installation was pretty good.

The Panasonic AC was delivered to me on 10th of July 2024 and it was installed on same day. however, the product only worked for till 17th July 2024 and suddenly stopped cooling around 3 pm. Thereafter it didn’t work on 18th July 2024 and a complaint was given to the technician who installed the product. then i called the Authorised service centre and informed about the issue they told me that the technician will come on 20th July as he is busy installing 6 ACs somewhere. The next morning technician came and checked the ODU and found that the gas has leaked, and due to damage to the internal pipe. He removed the Outdoor unit and told me that a replacement will be sent immediately. However, it can take 2-3 days. Now, that time has also elapsed i am still waiting for my replacement. If I call, the service centre they don’t give me clear time about the replacement of the product. This is harassment on behalf of the company and amazon as no one is doing anything to address the issue. Worst experience till now and even worst product.

This is my 2nd Panasonic AC,happy on taking the decision again, performance is awesome it cools the room within 10 minutes AI features at this price is again a wow Installation was done on the same day of delivery,it takes some some time to connect to the mirae app the first time,Noise is also very low, Convertible function works well,Apperance is also good

No noise of indor or outdoor unit. It’s been 4 months I am using it for the room size 11ft ×10ft
I recommend to go for it if looking for 1 ton AC.

First day of using the product. It has been working perfectly so far. Cooling is fast. And the App to control is so far useful. Definitely planning to buy 2-3 more of this if its is available again. 32,990rs was a great deal!
