Don’t buy….. Every month you will have problems. The day one I purchased this cooler there always some issues. Worst customer service they will never pick up your call. I will not recommend at all. Part start breaking water pump not working. Very disappointed with this product and with customer service.

item was damaged and used sent to my house it was insane how someone could do this type of fraud it was damaged old and used cooler my parents was about to go to police it is insane service

I like it’s. Working as per I need like air disipation in entire area where we present.more thing is operating is simple water filling is easy for all age people…noise of pump is quite as compare to others it’s my personal experiance.and more technology is much better as per I need.build quality is very fine if other knows about this matter then they must feel this.at last this is same as per my expectation…installation is very easy….my journey begin for this season.

This Product offers an Excellent Cooling and very effective and efficient for a big room and hall, air throw is good and definitely you’ll need blanket it’s cooling is good but quality could’ve been better of the body if you can care it’s good quality.

You MUST accept that this is not an AC
It is bound to make some noise while throwing air
But otherwise it can be termed as noiseless cooler
It does not have a remote
It has very good quality knobs & wheels are quite sturdy
In fact it comes with a fifth wheel in the center which distributes load on the other 4 wheels very well
I have been using it regularly for almost 18hrs a day in worst of environment without any issue
The body is made of good quality plastic, almost unbreakable
Above all it consumes very less electricity so it keeps running on my invertor too
One point which I missed out – DESIGN IS VERY VERY COOL – matches well with my room decor
