I got the product which is not damaged and is working perfectly. Build quality is average but performance is good. You need to hope that you get an undamaged product during delivery and then everything will be fine. Cooling is good but don’t expect chill cooling.

The product is good and air flow is superb. The only drawback is the sound/noise is on higher side. But considering the big size of the cooler, sound is somehow acceptable. Compare to other brand sound is much better.

The pump water which uses for cooling is coming out from the fan & lyk a drizzle from cooler,
Have made a complaint ,technician visited & reduced the pump speed & water flow to the honey pads which is reducing the cool air & now it became a normal fan instead of cooler,

I purchased the Symphony 95XL air cooler on May 15th and have been using it daily since. The air throw is impressive, and the cooling is quite sufficient with the available water, as long as there’s proper ventilation for fresh and cool air circulation.Since using this cooler, I’ve been sleeping well every night, which is a testament to its effectiveness. After researching many coolers, we believe we made an excellent choice with the Symphony 95XL.It’s important to manage expectations; no cooler will cool an entire room completely, which is a common myth. However, this cooler provides effective cooling if placed within 4-10feet. While it does produce some noise, as all coolers do, it has three speed levels: low, medium, and high. We primarily use the low setting, which delivers good air throw without being too loud.
Overall, the Symphony 95XL is a must-buy product and definitely worth the investment.

❌Pretty noisy as if a flour mill is running.
❌Not as cool as traditional coolers with grass.
❌Feels more like a pedestal fan saving from heat of ceiling fan.
❌Pretty costly for the functionality.
❌Build quality isn’t great either.
✅Only saviour is size factor and decent design.
✅There’s no smell now, will update review after few days of usage.

Considering the brand name of symphony, it’s a sub standard product..water inler bracket was loose.
Throwing water but technician visited next and advised to first switch on pump than fan.
